At BioShield, we strive to deliver your clinical-grade hygiene solutions as quickly and safely as possible.

1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a notification email with tracking information as soon as your package leaves our warehouse. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Estimates

We deliver worldwide. Our estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 4-8 business days.

  • International: 7-15 business days (depending on the destination country).

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors like customs processing or local courier delays.

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

BioShield is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

4. Damages & Issues

If your BioShield arrives damaged, please contact our support team at shopytok001@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the product. We will arrange a replacement immediately.
